It started with a spark

Every great partnership starts with a spark - that moment when you meet someone whose strengths perfectly complement your own. That's exactly what happened when Kiri and Amy first started working together at the university in Tasmania in 2022.

Their partnership thrives on the power of complementary strengths. Amy brings a remarkable analytical mind and an uncanny ability to cut through complexity. Her superpower lies in what she calls "designing for delivery" - creating elegant solutions, frameworks and approaches that actually work in the real world.

Kiri brings a different energy, driven from a humanistic curiosity that enables her to create safe spaces for authentic dialogue. Her strengths lie in facilitating conversations that encourage deep reflection and growth, while keeping sight of the bigger picture.  

Working together, they discovered a shared passion for helping people and organisations reach their full potential. They saw countless talented individuals who weren't given the opportunity to truly shine, and teams with incredible untapped potential. They knew there had to be a better way.

This shared vision led to the launch of Simple Nimble in July 2023. Their deep purpose? To grow self-efficacy.
