Managing change in a high performing team
A team were about to experience significant changes to their leadership and wanted to prepare for the change and proactively conserve their wellbeing.
What we did:
We facilitated an appreciative inquiry session to help people stay in a positive mindset as they reflected on their context
Drawing on their leadership mindset, the team developed a range of tactical actions that they could undertake to enable advocacy, continue to grow team engagement and to support each other through the uncertainty
The result:
The team identified a range of simple systems and processes that they could readily introduce, that would improve their Ways of Working. They also identified a range of proactive initiatives to enable advocacy for their team during the period of instability.
